A light-up skeleton costume with integrated LEDs. This project required developing a soft-goods garment around electronics, so I worked through how the lighting would be built into the costume, tested prototypes, and kept in mind that it would need to be made at scale. I owned the development calendar, documentation, supplier follow-up, and cost tracking from design handoff to production readiness.
